This smart HD DVD player is provided with 12 bit/150 MHz video DA converter and Wolfson 24 bit/192 kHz audio DA converter. This elegant black gadget supports DVD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-RAM including dual layer formats along with SVCD, VCD, CD-R and CD-RW disc formats. Further, this diligent DVD player is provided with peripheral options supporting external mass storage device such as large hard disk drive for data storage. In addition, it supports FLAC, WMA, WMA, Pro, MP3, AAC, Ogg Vorbis and PCM Wave audio file formats along with MPEG 1/2/4, DivX 3.11/4/5, DivX 6HD, XviD HD, WMV (/HD, VOB and TS video formats and JPEG, PNG, BMP and GIF still image formats.

The connectivity include RJ45 LAN port in the rear, USB 2 port on the front for external hard drive connection, HD output that supports 1080p/i, 720p, 576p/i, 480p/i, HD Upscaling of standard definition video to 1080p, HDMI output (with HD support), Component video output (with HD support), S-Video & composite video outputs, Stereo analogue output and Optical & coaxial digital outputs. The unit features parental lock.
